Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. This may change in the future.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Charges

  • Free UK shipping is available on all orders.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after order dispatch are as follows:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–7 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking details may be included depending on the shipping method used.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Orders

Dr. Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit: Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Damaged upon arrival: Please retain all packaging and contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
